F1-tenth

Team “Suzlab” joined F1-tenth competition in ICRA2024.

On March 25, 2024, a graduation ceremony was held at Nagoya University, and Mr. Honda, a D3 student, and all M2 students graduated. In conjunction, a farewell party was also held. Congratulations to the graduates! On this new beginning, we pray for your further success and future endeavors.

Mr. Honda from Mobility System G has received the Excellence Award at the 12th Exchange Meeting between Companies and Doctoral Talent, where companies select outstanding doctoral talent. (He was among the top 5 out of 122 participants.)

Kosuke, Yasuhiko, Aiki, and Shiori joined Tsukuba Challenge 2023.

While the PC trouble made their official results not permitted,
they successfully let their AMR get completed for the autonomous driving from start to goal.
Their amazing results and challenge are commendable.

Team Suzlab (member: Aoki (D1), Hosogaya (D1), Honda (D3), Suzuki (M2), Assistant Professor Akai (Aerospace Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Nagoya University), and Associate Professor Okuda) achieved impressive results in the F1 TENTH autonomous racing competition at the IV2023 event in Anchorage. They secured a third-place finish out of eight teams. Additionally, they performed exceptionally well at the ICRA2023 event in London, securing a fourth-place finish out of 22 teams.
